01 How does hourly pricing work?
You’re billed USD 30/hour based on time tracked in Descomplica. We track usage as session time while learners are active in the platform. You can use any course or track — the rate stays the same.
02 Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Pricing is not per user. There are no seat tiers. Billing is based only on tracked hours.
03 Is the hourly rate different for different courses?
No. Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, RAG Design, Agentic AI — everything is billed at USD 30/hour.
04 What counts as “tracked time”?
Tracked time is active session time in the LMS (e.g., navigating lessons, completing checkpoints, working on platform exercises). Idle time may be excluded depending on inactivity thresholds.
05 Is there an inactivity timeout?
Yes. To keep billing fair, we apply inactivity rules (e.g., no interaction for a period of time) and stop counting time until activity resumes.
06 Can multiple people use the platform at the same time?
Yes. If multiple users are active simultaneously, their hours are tracked independently and added together for billing.
07 Is there a minimum commitment?
No fixed commitment is required. You can start small and scale usage as needed.
08 Do you offer discounts for volume?
We can discuss volume arrangements for large rollouts. The default model remains hourly billing, with possible commercial adjustments for long-term programs.
09 How do we estimate costs before starting?
Estimate the total hours you expect across your learners and multiply by $30/hour. For example, 10 learners × 8 hours each = 80 hours → $2,400.
10 Can you cap spending so we don’t exceed budget?
Yes. We can set a monthly usage limit or a hard billing cap, and notify admins when you approach the threshold.
11 How often are we billed?
Typically monthly, with an itemized summary of tracked hours. Custom billing periods can be arranged for enterprise programs.
12 Do you provide invoices and receipts?
Yes. We provide invoices and payment receipts, including usage summaries for transparency.
13 Which payment methods do you support?
We typically support card payments and bank transfers, depending on your organization’s needs. If you require purchase orders or a specific process, email us.
14 Can we use Descomplica for corporate training?
Yes. Descomplica is designed for private training, cohorts, and analytics — particularly useful for teams and organizations.
15 Do you support cohort-based programs?
Yes. Cohorts can be configured with milestones, scheduling, and structured learning paths. Any instructor-led time is billed hourly at the same rate unless otherwise agreed.
16 Do you offer certifications?
We can provide completion certificates for eligible tracks. For skills validation, we can add assessments and rubrics (billed hourly).
17 What is included in the platform experience?
Tracks, lessons, checkpoints, analytics, and the core LMS learning flow. Some advanced services (custom curriculum, instructor sessions, specialized assessments) are optional add-ons billed hourly.
18 Can we bring our own content?
Yes. You can organize internal resources alongside our tracks. If you want us to structure and operationalize your content (templates, rubrics, admin dashboards), that work is billed hourly.
19 Can Descomplica be used globally?
Yes. The LMS is accessible worldwide. Programs can be scheduled across time zones, and learning analytics remain consistent.
20 Is our data private?
Yes. We treat customer and learner data as private. If you need specific compliance requirements (e.g., retention rules, DPA), we can discuss and document them.
21 Do you track personal data or monitor screens?
No screen monitoring. We track usage events relevant to learning (sessions, progress, completion). Admins can view aggregated training analytics.
22 Can we export analytics?
Yes. Reporting can be shared as summaries, and export formats can be discussed depending on your plan and program needs.
23 What happens if a learner forgets to log out?
Inactivity rules help prevent accidental billing. If you spot anomalies, contact us — we can review session logs.
24 Can we pause the program?
Yes. If you stop using the platform, you stop accruing hours. No usage means no hourly charges.
25 Do you offer refunds?
If there’s a billing error or an identifiable logging issue, we’ll review the usage report and make it right. For general policy questions, email us.
