- • BUYER/CONSUMER: Natural or legal person purchasing Descomplica services

Service Definition and Features
Descomplica is a SaaS (Software as a Service) that enables businesses to communicate with their customers via messaging channels and other supported platforms:
- • Multi-channel messaging platform (supported channels vary by plan)
- • AI-powered assistant and chatbot experiences
- • Analysis and reporting tools
- • CRM and existing system integrations
- • Customer support via email
- • Security and privacy controls
Payment Terms
Service fees and payment conditions are regulated as follows:
- • Service is provided with a subscription system (unless otherwise specified)
- • Payments must be made in advance, before the service period begins
- • Payment options may include credit card and bank transfer/EFT (where available)
- • Applicable taxes may be included as shown at checkout
- • Service may be suspended if payment is not made
- • Late payment consequences may apply where permitted
Unauthorized Credit Card Use
In case of purchases made with unauthorized use of a credit card:
- • If the bank/financial institution does not make payment, Descomplica may suspend the service
- • We may request additional verification to protect account security
- • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed via the original payment method
Force Majeure and Service Interruptions
If the service cannot be delivered within the service period due to unforeseen reasons:
- • We will notify the BUYER as soon as reasonably possible
- • BUYER's options may include: cancellation, service change, or postponement
- • Force majeure examples: natural disasters, war, terrorism, widespread internet outages
- • Service interruptions on third-party platforms may impact delivery
- • Outage period may be added to the service period where appropriate
Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal may apply depending on your jurisdiction and consumer protection rules. Where applicable:
- • A 14-day right of withdrawal may apply
- • The period generally starts from the date the service contract is established
- • You can send withdrawal notification to hello@descomplica.study
- • You may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason (where applicable)
- • Exceptions may apply for services that have commenced with consumer consent
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be used in the following cases (where applicable):
- • Services that have commenced with consumer consent (and are fully performed)
- • Products or services prepared specifically for a person
- • Services that are not suitable for return due to their nature
- • Digital content and software services (after use has started)
- • Ongoing subscription services for already delivered service periods
Refund Process
The refund process in case the right of withdrawal is exercised (where applicable):
- • SELLER refunds the eligible amount within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 10 days where required)
- • Refund is made through the same payment method
- • Bank processing times may vary by payment provider
- • Refund documentation may be sent via email
Cancellation Terms
Service cancellation procedures and conditions:
- • You can cancel your plan with written notice (email) unless otherwise specified
- • Service continues until the end of the ongoing service period
- • Automatic renewal is canceled after confirmation
- • Data export may be available for a limited period after cancellation
- • No cancellation fee is charged unless specified at checkout
Data Retention and Destruction
Data processing after service cancellation:
- • Account data may be retained for a limited time for export and operational purposes
- • Data with legal retention obligations may be protected
- • Personal data is processed according to applicable privacy rules and our Privacy Policy
- • Deletion requests can be submitted via email where applicable
Liability and Compensation
Responsibilities of parties and compensation conditions:
- • SELLER is responsible for direct damages resulting from service interruptions where required by law
- • Indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of business, etc.) may be excluded to the extent permitted
- • Maximum compensation may be limited to the subscription fee for the relevant service period
- • Damages arising from BUYER providing incorrect information are excluded
- • Interruptions on third-party platforms may not be the responsibility of SELLER
Dispute Resolution
Procedures to be followed in case of dispute:
- • Solution is primarily sought through negotiation
- • You may use consumer dispute resolution mechanisms where available
- • Applicable law and jurisdiction may vary depending on your location and the service relationship
- • Online dispute resolution platforms can be used where relevant
Changes in Terms
Changes to be made in these terms:
- • May be notified in advance via email where required
- • Published on the website
- • Ongoing services continue with current terms until renewal (where applicable)
- • You may cancel if you do not accept new terms (where applicable)
- • Use after the change date may be considered acceptance
